Natural Style Building Co. is a custom carpentry business based in Seaford, servicing Adelaide’s southern suburbs and hills.
We specialise in decks, pergolas, and feature timber work, the projects where quality and detail matter.
Owner-operated by Scotty, an Adelaide carpenter with 15 years in the trade and a genuine passion for working with timber.
our approach
We’re here for the quality builds. The ones where you select timber for grain and character.
Where joints are tight and finishes are clean. Where recycled materials tell a story and custom designs fit the space. We only take on 2-3 projects a month to ensure the workmanship is as good as it can possibly be.
Quality takes time, and we’re not rushing through jobs to hit numbers. If you’re after the real deal, not cowboys, we’re probably a good fit.

The “wow” jobs that require raw timber with neat detailing. We know timber. How it moves, how it ages, which species work for Adelaide’s climate. That knowledge makes the difference between good work and work that stands up over time.

There’s something about working with a natural material that demands respect.
Every piece of timber is different. Reading the grain, understanding how it’ll respond, using it where it shows best – that’s the craft part of carpentry.
